ADD / ADHD
Let us help you manage the symptoms of ADD/ADHD and improve your quality of life.

ADD and ADHD effects children and adults. Despite the challenges of living with ADD or ADHD, there is hope through treatment.
Living with ADD or ADHD can be incredibly challenging. Those who struggle with these conditions often find it difficult to focus, complete tasks, and manage their time effectively. As a result, ADD and ADHD leaves people feel overwhelmed, frustrated and hopeless.
We treat ages 12 and up for ADD and ADHD.
How We Can Help
The treatment we provide for attention deficit disorder (ADD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) typically involves a combination of behavioral, educational, and medication interventions. It is important to remember that treatment for ADD/ADHD is not one-size-fits-all, and ongoing monitoring and adjustments may be required to optimize outcomes.

PSYCHOTHERAPY
We help our patients with ADD and ADHD learn techniques and strategies to better manage their symptoms. This includes developing better organizational skills, setting realistic goals, and implementing structured routines and schedules. With the right support, you can learn to take control of your life.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
In addition to therapy, medication is another effective treatment option for ADD and ADHD. While medication may not work for everyone, it can be very helpful for those with more severe symptoms. Through medication management, we can help alleviate feelings of restlessness, impulsivity, and distractibility, making it easier for you to focus and be productive.
