How We Can Help
Psychotherapy and medication management are two effective tools we use in helping our patients overcome anxiety. The combination of therapy and medication can address the underlying triggers and psychological issues contributing to the anxiety.

PSYCHOTHERAPY
Through psychotherapy, individuals with anxiety learn to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their anxiety. They develop coping strategies, relaxation techniques, and problem-solving skills, enabling them to better manage their anxiety in various situations.

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Medication management involves the use of prescribed medications, such as anti-anxiety or antidepressant drugs, to help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety. These medications work by balancing certain chemicals in the brain that are associated with anxiety, providing relief and enabling individuals to function more effectively.
